Love can break.
They say that love knows no bounds – that it sets aside age, nationality, social status, and breaks all other things. And this, no doubt, is a line that is rephrased and reused over and over. But do people still believe in it? No matter how nice and pleasing saying yes would be, the sad reality is that nowadays, people consider things like this reserved for pick-up lines and movies.
Rehabilitate the Zoo.
I know the animals at Manila Zoo are in a bad state. But PETA’s over-exaggerated actions calling on people to boycott the zoo will only make things worse. Two things: 1) most of these animals were bred in captivity, and they wouldn’t have survived if the conditions are as bad as they make it out to be, 2) this is the Philippines and, frankly speaking, a lot of Filipinos don’t...
